Lost Chord Trustees

Chris MacCormac MBE, Chairman, Lost Chord
Chris MacCormac
Chairman

Chris is our chair of the Trustees/ Director Board and has been since 2013. As CEO of Morthyng Group Limited, a Chair of a Primary School Academy, Director or a Secondary School Academy and Chair of the Sheffield City Region Providers Network 14 to 19 sub group, he still finds time to support, advise and strategically drive our Board.

Personal experience of living and supporting a parent with Alzheimer’s, Chris has seen and understands the power that music has over the people suffering with this disease. This condition is Britain’s biggest killer and most debilitating illness both for the sufferer, their families and carer’s. Music brings light into a very dark world and allows a little respite from confusing to the original personality.
